Question of the Week: What is the biggest threat to classical music funding?

Answers to this question will likely be different depending on what market we are talking about.  So, I’d like you to answer about individual places as well as broader categories such as entire countries or regions.  What do you think is the biggest threat to classical music funding?  Declining ticket sales?  Investment markets collapsing endowments?  Legislative changes?  What?

Money
